The Strategy Design Intensive delivers a complete strategy process — ambition setting, diagnosis, co-designed solutions, scenario modeling, and prioritisation — in four weeks. Built for faculties, institutes, and research units for whom a traditional engagement has never been realistic, it applies our Grounded Ethno-Design methodology at a scale that works.
